Frequently asked questions

What types of fines does FineFix support?
FineFix currently supports Dutch municipal parking fines (naheffingsaanslagen) and CJIB M-fines. We are working on expanding to additional fine types.
How does the 10% success fee work?
FineFix only charges a fee when your objection is successful. If your fine is canceled or reduced, we charge 10% of the amount you saved. If nothing changes, you pay nothing.
What if my case score is low?
A lower score means fewer contestable grounds were found. You can still proceed with an objection, but we will be transparent about the strength of your case based on available evidence.
Is this legal advice?
No. FineFix provides AI-assisted analysis and objection drafting. We help you identify potential grounds and prepare your documents, but this is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
How long does the process take?
The initial analysis takes seconds. Completing your full case depends on how quickly you add your details and evidence. Most users can have an objection ready within 15 minutes.
Can I save my information for future fines?
Yes. Your profile, vehicle details, and license plate are saved securely. If you receive another fine, the process is even faster.
What happens after I submit my objection?
Track the progress of your case in your FineFix dashboard. The authority typically responds within 6-16 weeks depending on the type of fine.
