1. Who we are
FineFix is a product of HuysStyle, registered in the Netherlands. We provide an AI-assisted platform that helps users analyze and contest parking fines and CJIB M-fines.
2. What data we collect
Account data: Email address, password (encrypted), name, phone number, address.
Vehicle data: License plate, vehicle make, model, color, ownership type.
Case data: Uploaded fine documents, questionnaire answers, evidence files, AI-generated reports and objection letters.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information for security and service improvement.
3. Why we collect data
- To provide our fine analysis and objection drafting service
- To create and manage your account
- To save your profile and vehicle details for future use
- To track the status of your cases
- To calculate and process the success fee
- To improve our service and AI accuracy
4. How we store data
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Uploaded documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Data sharing
We use AI services (Anthropic Claude) to analyze your fine documents and generate reports. Document content is sent to these services for processing. We do not share your personal contact details with AI providers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to data processing
- Withdraw consent at any time

7. Data retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Anonymous uploads without account creation are deleted after 30 days. When you delete your account, all personal data and case files are permanently removed within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
