1. Service description
FineFix is an AI-assisted platform that helps users in the Netherlands analyze parking fines and CJIB M-fines, collect evidence, and generate objection letters (bezwaarschriften). FineFix does not provide legal advice, does not guarantee any specific outcome, and does not act as a legal representative.
2. No legal advice
FineFix is a technology tool that provides AI-assisted analysis and document generation. The information, reports, and objection letters generated by FineFix do not constitute legal advice. Users are responsible for their own decisions regarding whether and how to contest a fine. We recommend consulting a qualified legal professional for specific legal questions.
3. Success fee model
FineFix charges a success fee of 10% of the amount saved when a fine is canceled or reduced as a result of an objection prepared using our platform.
- If your fine is fully canceled: the fee is 10% of the original fine amount.
- If your fine is reduced: the fee is 10% of the difference between the original and reduced amount.
- If your objection is denied or no change occurs: you pay nothing.
- No upfront payment is required for the core analysis and objection flow.
The success fee is payable within 30 days of a successful outcome. Users must report the outcome honestly through the FineFix dashboard.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
FineFix does not guarantee that any objection will be successful. The AI-generated case scores, reports, and recommendations are estimates based on available information and should not be interpreted as predictions of success. The decision to accept or reject an objection is made solely by the relevant authority.
5. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Upload genuine documents (not fabricated or altered)
- Review generated objection letters before submission
- Submit objections to the correct authority within the deadline
- Report the outcome of your objection truthfully
- Pay the success fee when applicable
6. Account and data
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings page. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
7. Limitation of liability
FineFix is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our service, including but not limited to unsuccessful objections, missed deadlines, or inaccurate AI analysis. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to FineFix.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of FineFix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in the Netherlands.
